HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Generally it takes around 12-15 days for your order to be delivered. You can track a more exact date of dispatch of your order by using the track your order functionality as mentioned above.

 

WHAT IS THE Zest N Zeal CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel an order by reaching out to us. You can reach us by going to the Contact Us form. In case you want to return a product, please look at our return policy.

I FOUND AN ITEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE BUT MY SIZE IS NOT SHOWING UP.

Since our website is in real time, all available sizes are displayed online. Unfortunately, if you do not see your size then we do not have it in stock online. You can wait for the arrival of new stock or contact us.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?

After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

Our apologies in case such an incident occurs. For our records it is necessary to click a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. All you need to do is pack the product in its original packing and seal it so we can arrange for a courier pick-up from you. Once we have the product with us, we'll conduct a quality check on it and replace the product for you or refund the amount in the form of store credit. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED? 

We apologize in advance in such a case. Contact us and we will exchange the item you received and deliver the right one to you.

 

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email / sms notification to you.

 

IS MY STORE CREDIT AMOUNT REFUNDABLE?

The voucher amount is not refundable.

 

CAN I GET BACK THE AMOUNT I PAID, IF I DON'T WISH TO KEEP THE PRODUCT?

Currently we don't offer any cash refund. We can process your amount as store credits in your Zest N Zeal account.

 

WHAT ARE Zest N Zeal POINTS? HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

Zest N Zeal credit points are store credits issued to you in case of refunds and can be used to buy anything from the website.

 

CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

We can change your address before your order has been dispatched. However after shipping we cannot change the address. In urgent cases, you can contact us. 

 

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

While you're ordering your favourite product, you will find a button for the SIZE CHART under your desired garment. Click on that and you'll get to know the perfect size for you. In case of any doubt you should go with the bust and hips measurement, it is generally the best indicator of your size, but do not neglect waist entirely.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN COMPROMISED WHILE MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE?

Please contact your bank in that case. We don't store credit card information or use it for any other purposes.

 

WHAT IS THE USP OF THE GARMENT I AM PURCHASING? HOW IS ZEST N ZEAL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?

Unlike many others, we manufacture responsibly and with clarity in manufacturing. Our USP is Natural Dyeing which is 100% Pure and made from (vines, branches & leaves, not roots or barks etc which kill the plant). The colors of our Dyed Clothes do not fade & thus do not require dry clean. 

 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY CERTIFIED QUALITY?

To ensure the highest production standards and product quality, we only use handpicked certified suppliers. 

The cerification includes :-

GOTS :- Global Organic Standards is the world’s leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. Only textile products that contain a minimum of 70% organic fibres can become GOTS certified. All chemical inputs such as dyestuffs must meet environmental criteria.

 

HOW LONG CAN I WEAR NATURALLY DYED GARMENTS WITHOUT SMELLING?

The effect of Naturally dyed garments can vary from person to person due to the pH level (acidity level) of the person based on how much and how strong body odours are. Less washing will save the environment a lot of water.
